You use your body and mind all day long, often forget about it’s rest. We’ll teach you how to help your body feel better, in just 10 minutes a day!

1) Arctic bath!
Of course, it's a joke. By no means don't freeze your body and face to hide the tiredness! Maybe it will give you an acceptable blush, but not for long! Very soon glow will disappear, and the swelling will return together with a runny nose!
If you use ice packs, don’t forget to wrap them gently in a napkin before putting them under the eyes. You can also add coffee beans, herbs, or chamomile tea to the ice.

2) Waking shower!
