Exercise:

Lifestyle:


  1. Stay inspired!
  2. Avoid stress.
  3. Get at least 7 to 8 hours of sleep every night.
  4. Practice good posture to strengthen your tummy muscles.



Diet:



  1. Add more fiber to your diet.
  2. Drink more water.
  3. Eat five meals a day in small portion.
  4. Eat five servings of vegetables and fruits a day.
  5. Cut out fast food, soda and sweets.
  6. Eat slowly.
  7. Know your serving size.
  8. Don't starve yourself.
  9. Cut down on your alcohol consumption.
  10. Add color to your plate.
  11. Reduce your sweet and salt intake.
  12. Never skip breakfast.
