Stir Fly Vegetables

1 TBSP olive oil
5 garlic cloves, chopped
1 medium onion, chopped
1 large carrot, chopped
1 large celery stack, chopped
1 large red bell pepper, chopped

2 cup shredded cabbage (red and green)
2 sliced of canned pineapple, chopped
1 TBSP Chinese 5 spice powder
1/4 cup Stir Fry Sauce
water to sauce

- In a skillet, heat up oil then sauté onion and garlic.
-When seasonings are cooked down, all vegetables except for the cabbage then add in the 5 spice powder and mix well.
- Leave vegetables to steam.
- Mix sauce with water and pineapples.
- When vegetables are half way cooked down, add cabbages. Leave vegetables to steam.
- At the last minute of cooking, add I sauce with pineapple and mix well.
