Benefit of Each Ingredients in Your Hair
Avocado
-It revitalizes the scalp and hair by treating dry hair and itchy scalp because the protein penetrates the scalp which help heals, nourish and improves the health of both scalp and hair.
Egg
-It is good for hair loss, growth, the treating for dandruff and it adds thickness. It is a good source of vitamin A, B, D and E and protein which is nourishing to the hair and scalp.
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
-It soothes the scalp when irritated due to its anti-inflammatory properties. Its anti-oxidant properties leaves the scalp healthier thus reducing possible damage. It conditions the hair and scalp by locking in moisture and preventing dryness of the scalp thus leaving hair shiny and soft.
Honey
-It moisturizes the hair by attracting water and retains it due to its high sugar content. It has anti-oxidant properties which leaves your scalp healthier thus reducing possible damage. It softens and soothes the hair. It improves the health of the hair follicles thus preventing hair loss.
Coconut Oil
-It conditions the hair thus preventing damage from styling. It grows your hair longer and thicker by penetrating the hair shaft with essential nutrients. Lavender Essential Oil

Ingredients Needed:
- 1 small avocado
- 1 small egg
- 1 tsp extra virgin oil
- 1 tsp coconut oil
- 1 tsp organic liquid honey
- 3 drops lavender essential oil
- 3 drops rosemary essential oil
Method:
- Mash Avocado in a bowl then beat in the egg.
- Melt coconut oil.
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl.
- Apply to hair in medium size sections.
- Place a plastic cap over head.
- Let it stay in for 2-5 hours (Depending on the length of your hair, the shorter the less time.)
- Rinse out of hair with a apple cider vinegar wash.
