Stay Inspired!
7:00:00 AM
Being mentally stimulated to feel or do something creative is easier said than done. There are some days that you just have a sudden brick wall blocking your creative juices and you feel like giving up but don't. There are four simple ways to stay inspired, these are: focusing on what makes you happy, adding structure to your day, educating your self on something new and fresh and staying healthy.
Focusing on What Makes You Happy
Make sure you put time aside to indulge in your favorite hobbies.
By cleaning and tidying your surroundings, whether it is your home or work, will give you the extra energy to start on a new page and the inspiration to get work going.
Instead of focusing on what you don't have in life be grateful for what you do have.
Adding Structure to Your Day
Invest in a day planner then everyday write down at least 4 task that you want to accomplish by the end of the day.
When working on your task do the 50/10 rule. The 50/10 rule is when you take 50 minutes to do a task then you take a 10 minutes break.
End each day by reflecting on what you have accomplished for the day.
Educating Your Self on Something New and Fresh
Brainstorming on different task in different areas can improve your creative gold mine. Browsing the internet on different researches or tutorials will increase your capacities and knowledge. Reading not only increases your knowledge but develops your creative minds, which will help you get or stay inspired.
Staying Healthy
When you get enough rest, you are more focused and have more energy.
Exercise releases stress, can improve your mood, boosts your energy and relaxes you.
Remember to start your day off every morning with a glass of room temperature water with lemon, this will help you to start your day fresh, nice and healhy.
