Baked Avocado with Bacon and Eggs

This is a delicious comfort food that you don't need cooking skills to make.


Ingredients:
  • 1 medium Avocado, cut in half and de-seeded
  • 2 small eggs
  • 3 strips bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • salt, onion powder, garlic powder and black pepper to taste 
Method:

-Preheat oven at 425 degrees.
-If your avocado has a small hole where the seed was, scoop out some of the avocado flesh.
-Crack eggs into avocado hole, careful not break the yolks (Make sure that your avocado is already in a baking dish).
-Season eggs with salt, onion and garlic powder and black pepper.
-Gently place baking dish in oven for 15 minutes.
-After baking, remove from oven then top with bacon.
